WHO ARE WE

The SMG is a boutique management advisory firm, established in 2020 with an intent of being a provider of afro-centric business solutions. We envisage to be an active player in the business advisory sphere in South Africa and beyond the borders in the African Continent. In South Africa, the business advisory sphere is currently not transformed and we hope to make a meaningful contribution and support the transform trajectory of our Government. We are a 100% Black Owned Entity and a Level one BBBEE contributor.

OUR SERVICES

Our services catalog is in the following key areas:

TOP LAYER

These consulting services are intended to provide structural/systemic solutions to clients. Assignments at this level require high-end skills, typically with engagements at the Executive Management level. Services at this level also include those that are process related and structured to complement existing operations and processes.

MID LAYER

Mid layer: consulting services at this level also involve engagements at the Executive Management level to assist clients with effective engagement with markets, government, regulators, and other stakeholders. We enable clients to set, prioritize and mobilize to collaboratively work with all the stakeholders.

bOTTOM LAYER

Services at this level are aimed at service provision to mentor and develop Small Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs). We provide mentorship on financial management to enable SMMEs to realize value from operations in order to grow their businesses.
